During my recent stay at Ostella, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary offerings, which stood out as a highlight of my visit. Managed by Chef Rachid Elaoufi, the on-site restaurant presented a creative menu that delighted my palate. Each meal, especially the dinner, was thoughtfully designed; I particularly enjoyed a delectable beef tartare. As a marine biologist from the Bahamas, I appreciate establishments that embrace sustainability. The dining ambiance was relaxed, offering an inviting setting for both breakfast and dinner. I must mention my fondness for breakfasts, filled with freshly squeezed orange juice, and a live music performance that elevated the experience. The spacious suite I stayed in had all necessary amenities, including air conditioning and tea-making facilities. While the hotel is slightly removed from the historical center, easy access to the beach added a tranquil touch to my culinary getaway. I would gladly return for another flavorful stay.
